I am not sure if I am in perimenopause yet. Is this still for me?

If you are in your late 30s or 40s and noticing shifts in mood, cycle, sleep or energy, this programme will help you understand what’s happening and how to support yourself early to step into this powerful stage with optimal health.

What if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded and available for lifetime access.

Is this medical treatment?

No. This is educational and coaching based guidance grounded in physiology and holistic practice. It does not replace medical care.

Will this fix everything in six weeks?

This is foundation work. It creates stability and understanding. Some women feel significant shifts quickly. Others use this as the first structured steps in a longer journey.

What if I need more personalised support?

After completion of this Foundation Phase you may apply for the 3 months Deep Dive 1:1 container. This ensures we build on strong ground rather than starting from scratch.
