Every first Thursday of each month at Poplar Union from 10:30am till 1pm – it is free to attend and you can just drop in anytime, but it is desirable to book a free ticket below just that the organiser (Wrap A Hug sling library) has an idea of expected numbers.
There are always several sling consultants available to help you with your own sling or you can try a number of carriers they have there.
I am there as midwife and infant feeding specialist so if you are local and need a quick advice, you can come to see me there.
And there is also a massage therapist, baby photographer, and personal trainer available to offer mini sessions for your wellness.
